Backpacking list

What to pack for your travel around the world

If you travel for six month, a year or even longer, you definitively want a well packed backpack with everything you need but it shouldn’t be too heavy either. Of course our backpack list doesn’t fit to everybody, however we are sure it will help you.

Since we started our travel around the world in Central and South America, it is obvious that our backpacks don’t contain any long winter clothes or ice axes etc. 🙂 Also, if you are travelling alone, you can’t carry everything we have with us, but we are sure you can make priorities. Don’t overpack, but always think about how often you are going to carry your bag around. Usually it’s not as often as expected. . . just from a bus to another or from the taxi to the hostel. We have almost 23 kg each and if we can make it. . . you definitely can!
