The Year 13 Senior Prefect team at Hymers College have prepared powerpoint assembly plans for each month of the race, based on the port and country that the yachts reach.
The powerpoint presentations begin by demonstrating where the port is on a world map and continue to look in more detail at key aspects and features of the port and country. Many of the plans include useful open and closed questions for the member of staff delivering the assembly to ask the children.
