Welcome to Bob’s website. BOB stands for the Big Orange Boat, the nickname of the Hull and Humber Clipper Yacht that is currently travelling around the world in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.
We hope that you have been enjoying the Clipper Calendar. This website is designed to support the calendar with activities, games and quizzes for young people. In addition, there are plenty of resources for teachers including Assembly Ideas and Lesson Plans.
We will also continually update the website as Della Parsons, who is on the Hull and Humber Yacht, sends us videos and reports of her experiences as she travels the 35,000 miles around the world.
Many of you will have seen the Clipper Race start at Hull Marina on Sunday 13th September. We have some video footage of the day including the amazing Red Arrows.
